Shipping


We offer free USPS or UPS shipping to domestic customers on orders totaling over $45 USD - excluding tax & shipping cost.


We do not offer international shipping at this time. 


Fragrance and Aerosol is considered a Hazardous Material (HAZMAT), the U.S. Department of Transportation (USDOT) requires ground-only shipment of Hazardous Materials due to air shipment restrictions and regulations. Fragrance and Aerosol products and samples cannot be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. All orders containing Hazardous Materials must be shipped Via standard and preferred ground shipping methods and cannot be shipped via expedited and rush shipping methods.


This excludes international shipping to Hawaii, Canada, Alaska + Puerto Rico. The shipping is a flat rate of $20.


All orders, including express orders, placed during regular business hours will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Any payment authorization/verification, or national holiday may cause delays to your shipment.


Route Shipping Protection


LAPCOS offers Route Shipping Protection on all orders. For orders insured with Route, please contact them directly to file a claim on your lost, stolen, or damaged package at janice@route.com.


Please reference email sent from Route when order was purchased. By opting out of Route Shipping Insurance you are agreeing to withhold protection on your package. LAPCOS cannot be held liable.


Route Claim Policies


Marked as Delivered (Stolen)

- File claims no earlier than 5 and no later than 15 days from when the package was marked delivered

- Orders over $100 require a police report reference number


Stuck In Transit (Lost)

- File claims no earlier than 7 days and no later than 30 days from the last update (US/Canada)


Damaged

- File claims for damaged items with photos of the package and item (required)

We operate Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST


*For all orders, please provide a valid phone number and email address as we or the courier may need to contact you regarding your order/delivery.

*We unfortunately cannot ship to PO boxes, so please provide a physical address for delivery.


 We will be closed on these days to observe the following holidays:


      New Years Day – January 1


      Memorial Day – May 25


      Independence Day – July 4


      Labor Day – September 2


      Thanksgiving – November 28


      Christmas – December 25


We do not ship on Saturday, Sundays or Holidays. While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time we cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, stolen packages, etc.


Return Policy


All products must be returned in unused condition in their original packaging and seal unbroken if sealed. LAPCOS maintains the right to deny approval of a refund or exchange for products that are believed to have been previously used. 


We cover return shipping costs for US domestic ground shipping only. This does not cover return shipping costs for Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, and Canada. Orders to these territories are ineligible or complementary return label.


We accept all returns and exchanges within the 14 days of purchased unless the item is marked as final sale. Allow process returns 1-3 business days after product received. 


All sales and/or clearance are final sale and will not be eligible for return nor accepted.

The Packing Slip for your Return must be included along with the items you have been authorized to return. Additional items that are not listed on the Return Packing Slip will not be eligible for a Return and will not be calculated in your credit and/or refund.
