We offer free USPS or UPS shipping to domestic customers on orders totaling over $45 USD - excluding tax & shipping cost. We also offer 2 day shipping for a flat rate of $20. 


This excludes international shipping to Hawaii, Canada, Alaska + Puerto Rico. The shipping is a flat rate of $20.


We do not offer international shipping at this time.


Standard Shipping: Delivered in 2-10 days based on location (Free on orders $50 and up)


2-Day Shipping: Delivered in 2 days ($20 Flat Rate)


All orders, including express orders, placed during regular business hours will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Any payment authorization/verification, or national holiday may cause delays to your shipment. 


If there is Postal Delays, it may take an additional couple business days for delivery. Please note: Postal Delays are completely out of our control.




Tracking Your Order


When your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an e-mail notification from us which will include the shipping details and the tracking number.


Please track your packages. LAPCOS is not responsible for lost or stolen shipments. Packages may/will be left at your front door by the postal courier if no one is home to receive it. We have no control over what happens to your package once the postal courier delivers it.


We do not replace or refund orders that are scanned "delivered" by USPS or UPS. In the case that your order is undelivered, however is marked as delivered, an investigation will be opened with USPS or UPS on the used carrier until a final resolution is made.

We do not ship on Saturday, Sundays or Holidays. While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time we cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, stolen packages, carrier delays, etc.


 


Return Policy


All products must be returned in unused condition in their original packaging and seal unbroken if sealed. LAPCOS maintains the right to deny approval of a refund or exchange for products that are believed to have been previously used. 


We cover return shipping costs for US domestic ground shipping only. This does not cover return shipping costs for Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, and Canada. Orders to these territories are ineligible or complementary return label.


We accept all returns and exchanges within the 14 days of purchased unless the item is marked as final sale. Allow process returns 1-3 business days after product received. 


All sales and/or clearance are final sale and will not be eligible for return nor accepted.
